Privacy Notice

This notice explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we share it with partners such as our payment processor, Firebase, and our AI providers, and the choices you have. Please review it carefully before using the service.

Data We Collect

  • Account and contact information you provide directly (such as name, email, authentication identifiers).
  • Payment details submitted to our payment processor (card data is transmitted directly to the processor and not stored on our servers).
  • Usage data about how you interact with filters, AI Power Picks, simulations, exports, and other features (including timestamps, click paths, and performance metrics).
  • Device and technical data collected by our hosting providers and Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise for abuse detection (IP address, user agent, device identifiers, and session metadata).
  • Content you submit to the lab, including number sets, focus numbers, filters, prompts, and generated AI outputs that may be stored for quality, diagnostics, and safety reviews.

How We Use Data

  • Operate and improve the service, including personalized defaults, sandbox setups, and performance optimizations.
  • Provide AI-assisted features (e.g., AI Power Picks, pair synergy insights, and coverage checks) by transmitting prompts and necessary context to our AI providers.
  • Process payments, manage subscriptions, and detect fraud or abuse with our payment processor, Firebase/Firestore, and reCAPTCHA Enterprise.
  • Secure the platform, enforce eligibility rules, investigate misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Analyze aggregated trends such as hit rates, filter adoption, and model performance to guide feature tuning without revealing your identifiable information.

Data Sharing and Processors

  • A secure payment processor handles all payment transactions and related billing data. We receive limited payment metadata (such as card brand and last four digits) for receipts and support.
  • Firebase/Firestore hosts core application data, session state, and authentication. Access is permissioned and audited to reduce unauthorized use.
  • AI providers (including those accessed via Genkit) receive prompts and necessary context to generate outputs. Where possible we minimize personal data in these payloads.
  • Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise collects device and behavioral signals to prevent abuse and may set cookies consistent with Google’s policies.
  • Vendors engaged for analytics, logging, or error monitoring receive only what is necessary to perform their services under contractual safeguards.
  • Our payment processor may send billing-related communications (such as renewal reminders, expiring card notices, payment failures, and receipts) directly to you based on the payment method associated with your account. We share only the information necessary for payment processing, billing reconciliation, and support (for example, customer identifiers, transaction metadata, and non-sensitive card metadata).
  • We may receive event notifications from the payment processor (via webhooks) related to subscription lifecycle events, refunds, disputes, and payment failures. Those events are processed to maintain your account and enforce billing rules.

Legal Basis, Consent & Essential Notices

  • Where required by law, our legal basis for processing your personal data includes performance of a contract (to provide subscription services), compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests (improving service quality, fraud prevention), and your consent for optional marketing communications.
  • By providing payment information and using our subscription features you consent to receive essential billing and service communications from us and from our payment processor. These communications may be transmitted by email, SMS, or via the payment portal depending on your account settings.
  • You may opt out of marketing emails, but essential service and billing messages (including renewal reminders, receipts, and security alerts) are necessary for contract performance and cannot be suppressed.

Retention

  • We retain account and billing records for as long as you maintain an account and as required for audits, tax, and legal compliance.
  • Usage logs and model prompts may be retained for a limited period to improve quality, debug issues, and enforce safety limits; aggregated statistics may be kept longer without identifying you.
  • You may request deletion of certain data (such as stored prompts or saved number sets) where deletion is not legally restricted or required for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

Security

  • Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS, and sensitive secrets are stored using platform-level secret management.
  • Access to administrative tools is limited to authorized personnel and logged for audit. Automated rate limits and anomaly detection help reduce abuse.
  • No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and devices and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

Your Choices & Controls

  • You can decline to use AI features if you do not want prompts or number sets transmitted to AI providers.
  • You can update account details through the app and request deletion of eligible data by contacting support@fantasy5lab.com.
  • You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking 'unsubscribe' or 'Manage Preferences' in any email, or by contacting support. Service and billing notifications may still be required. Billing-related settings available in the payment portal (for example, where customers update payment methods and control certain notification preferences) will apply when enabled. We may provide links to the payment portal for convenience, but the portal provider's communications and policies govern the delivery and content of those messages.
  • If you are located in a region with specific data rights (such as the EU/UK/California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, subject to verification and legal exceptions.

Children

  • The service is intended for adults 18+ who are legally permitted to participate in lottery activities. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

International Data Transfers

  • Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. We use contractual safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable) to protect transferred data.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

  • We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to provide, secure, and improve our services. Cookies are small text files stored on your device.
  • Essential cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function and cannot be disabled. These include cookies for authentication (keeping you signed in), security features (such as reCAPTCHA Enterprise to prevent abuse), and basic session management.
  • Non-essential cookies are used for analytics and performance monitoring. These help us understand how users interact with the site, identify issues, and improve the user experience. We use Firebase Analytics to collect this data anonymously.
  • Third-party services like Google (for reCAPTCHA and Analytics), our payment processor (for payments), and Firebase (for hosting and data storage) may set their own cookies on your device. These are governed by their respective privacy policies.
  • You can control your cookie preferences through the banner that appears on your first visit. You may also clear cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.
  • We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites.

Policy Updates

  • We may update this Privacy Notice to reflect product, legal, or security changes. Material updates will be communicated through the app or email when feasible. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance. If updates affect how billing or automated notifications are handled, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.
